The Oslo Scholars Program, an initiative of the Oslo Freedom Forum and the Institute for Global Leadership at Tufts University, seeks to offer undergraduate students who have a demonstrated interest in human rights and international political issues an opportunity to attend the Oslo Freedom Forum and work with some of the world’s leading human rights defenders and activists. The Forum, now in its third year, will provide students with invaluable networking and learning opportunities as well as the chance to engage with those with whom they will be working over the summer. This year, the Oslo Scholars Program is proud to have organized internships with Dr. Izzeldin Abuelaish, Justine Hardy, and Vincent Manoharan, each of whom will be taking on students for the summer to engage and involve in their inspiring work in the defense and promotion of human rights across the world.
