Workshop 2011: Immigration on the US-Mexico Border
From May 24-June 2, 2011, the Program brought seven students and two teaching assistants to Tucson, Arizona to put into practice the skills they learned during the Seminar. Students photographed and reported an array of stories about immigration including US border security, migrant laborers in the United States, the border fence running through the Tohono O’Odham Nation reservation, Arizona ranchers and Central American immigrants living in Mexico.
