I will be working with Manuela Ramos, which receives funds from Kiva for microloans to give to its (Manuela Ramos’s) beneficiaries. I will be interviewing the loan beneficiaries in order to post updates about their businesses on Kiva’s website. The rest of my workplan with Kiva and Manuela Ramos has not yet been established.

 

Prior to coming to Fletcher, I worked as a child protective Social Worker here in the Boston area. Prior to this job, I served as a Peace Corps Volunteer on a fish farming project in rural Zambia. I am interested in Africa and Latin America, and hope to work in international development and poverty alleviation following graduation from Fletcher.
